Processing Times

The processing time of your order means the amount of time Avsthetics will take to process, prepare and dispatch your order to shipping services. Our processing time is 3-5 business days, which means upon ordering your product won't ship for 3-5 business days post purchase. This applies for both domestic (Canadian) and international orders.

 

Domestic Orders (Canada)

When ordering from Avsthetics within Canada, you will have the choice between two shipping methods; standard and express. Being a Canadian-owned company, Avsthetics offers free standard shipping to all orders within Canada! Below, you can read the details on each shipping method:

 

Standard Shipping via Canada Post

-Takes approximately 3-9 business days once dispatched (not counting processing time)

-Does not come with tracking

-Free

 

Express Shipping via Canada Post

-Takes approximately 1-2 business days once dispatched (not counting processing time)

-Comes with tracking

-Not free, costs a flat rate of $21.90

 

 

International Orders (US)

When ordering from Avsthetics within the US, you will have the choice between two shipping methods; standard and express.  Below, you can read the details on each shipping method:

 

Standard Small Packet via Canada Post 

-Takes approximately 5-12 business days once dispatched (not counting processing time)

-Does not come with tracking

-Does not come with an on-time delivery guarentee

-Costs a flat rate of $10.00 CAD

 

 Express Shipping via Canada Post

-Takes approximately 2-3 days once dispatched (not counting processing time)

-Comes with tracking

-Comes with an on-time delivery guarantee

-Costs a flat rate of $34.90 CAD

 

 Damaged or Lost Parcels

 

Standard Shipping (Canadian & US) 

If your parcel is lost by the carrier and you chose the standard shipping method, there is no way for us to find out where it is due to the lack of tracking. However, Avsthetics will happily send you a replacement of the order you did not receive.

Express Shipping (Canadian & US)

If your parcel is lost by the carrier and you chose the express shipping method, please contact us and provide us with your tracking number, and we will happily get in contact with the carrier for you and find out where your package is. If we are unable to locate your package, we will happily send you a replacement of the order you did not receive.

 

If your product(s) are damaged during the shipping process:

All shipping methods, Canada & US

If your products are damaged during the shipping process, please contact us via email at avsthetics@outlook.com and provide us with photos of the damaged product(s). If we are able to verify the damage, we will happily send you a replacement of your order, or refund you if you'd prefer that option. Alternatively, if you receive your product and you aren't happy with it but there is no damage, please see our return policy to find out what your next steps are. If you do not provide us with a photo of the damaged products, we will not send a replacement nor refund you.
